1. Cancellation Policy:
Reservations:
If you’ve made a reservation at Vojon Rosik Bengali and need to cancel, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests who might be waiting for a table.
No-Show:
For parties who fail to show up without prior notice, a small fee may be charged to compensate for the reservation loss, especially during peak hours or weekends.
Special Events:
For bookings related to private events, group dining, or catered services, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after that period may incur a non-refundable deposit.
2. Refund Policy:
Prepaid Meals or Reservations:
If you’ve prepaid for a meal or a special reservation, you can request a refund if you cancel within the notice period (usually 24 hours). After the cancellation period, the prepaid amount may not be refunded.
Food Complaints:
If there is an issue with the food quality or order accuracy (such as incorrect items or unsatisfactory service), the restaurant may offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the complaint. Please inform us immediately for any such issues so we can resolve them to your satisfaction.
Delivery & Takeaway:
For delivery or takeaway orders, if the order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 minutes for a possible refund or replacement.
3. Exceptions:
Emergency Situations: In case of personal emergencies (health, weather, etc.), we may provide more flexibility. Please contact the restaurant directly to discuss your situation.
Since policies can vary, it's a good idea to reach out to Vojon Rosik Bengali directly (either by phone or through their website) to confirm their exact cancellation and refund terms.
