    We have no minimum order value for delivery. You can order for any amount.

    Do you change for delivery?

    Yes. We do charge Rs. 25 as the delivery for the orders made through our app. however in future vojon rosik reserves all rights to change delivery fee depending up on distance.

    How long do you take to deliver?

    An estimated delivery time from nearest store is mentioned in the app. however standard delivery time may vary from location to location.

    My order is delayed. What can I do?

    Please call us on restaurant contact number and we will resolve .you can find the restaurant details in your history.

    Can I order in advance?

    Yes you can order in advance.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Currently we do not have a provision to cancel the order

    Payment was deducted from my account, but my order wasn’t placed. When do I get my refund?

    In case of a failed transaction & deduction, the amount it will get refunded / added in (48-72 hrs.) to the original account of transaction or at your wallet.

    How do I get to know about special offers & promotions?

    We will send you regular updates about special offers and promotions though sms, WhatsApp and via app notification. Please ensure that your mobile number and e-mail id is updated with us correctly.
